Classic Sailing Yacht. For June, July and August, maybe Sept. Duties will include ( but not be limited to ) two meals a day for a party of six and three crew. This has been known to become twenty at short notice.The cuisine is Italian/ French med style, Pasta, Salades, cold plates fish, tartes quiches etc. The yacht is sports orientated and we consider our diet and nutrition to be of paramount importance.
