CHEF
100ft Motor Yacht. Chef required to cook for the Owners/guests when on board, and also sometimes cook or prepare food for the owners at their house in St Tropez, and also for the 5/6 crew on board, therefore they must be extremely flexible and have excellent time management skills. There will also often be unexpected guests for dinner, and so flexibility with this is most important. The preferred style of food is French/Mediterranean. 2nd ENGINEER
